Sae Mickelson Health and Life Coach

I have so much to tell you but for now there is this…

If you are ever wondering what it means for the whole of your life to give yourself some nourishing care here is my recent experience:

I came to Africa many days before my family joined me, I was on a soul saving coaching retreat that sewed up some of my bleeding innards.

My family showed up almost a week later and we went on safari…there are almost no words to seeing wild animals in the bush. There are even less words available to explain what it’s like to experience this wonder first – then see your family experience what you know to be a cellular life changing growth realization, too.

It’s like your favorite book…imagine being in the brain of your best friend reading it for the first time, after you’ve just finished it, and feeling like you are experiencing it for the first time PLUS their first time, ALL IN ONE.

Right now we are on our final leg of a lifetime trip. A lucky lifetime, that is.

Also right now, my family is all in some form of physical exhaustion – everything from bowel distress to just pooped out.

Me?

I’ve never, ever, been better.

I used to be the one flat the fuck out on big life events. I have an auto-immune illness and a family history of feeling like shittola when lots of emotion and stimuli simultaneously occur.

We are at a private game reserve – in their private homestead – so there “could” be a ridiculous level of FOMO pressure.

We have a private driver and tracker that my mother’s death afforded us.

I’m being real here.

Right now it is 3:23 in the afternoon and I am sitting on the porch of one of the most incredible experiences anyone can have. We “should be out on another game drive” but my exhausted family is sleeping.

I am breathing the deep and soft breath of someone who has had recent, insightful, loving coaching.

That care is providing me total bliss, despite.

This is a thing that only happens when you’ve had the care I have had.

In other words:

Your spirit is available for beautiful experiences, despite circumstances.

The question is:

Are you ready for the beauty, despite?

I’m here for you if you are🤍
