“[Years ago] Sae helped me to overcome severe endometriosis with expertise and compassion. Fast forward years later, I found myself facing some new health (and emotional) challenges that were, for me, overwhelming so I called Sae.
…I hope you go on your own ‘Sae-guided’ journey, it is well worth it.”

The most valuable experience of our work together so far has been the ability I’m gaining to observe and shift out of childhood patterns of behavior/perspective which do not serve me in my adult life.
As a result of our work together, I am able to tap into a strength that has propelled me into action. Action in creating the life I desire. I am getting in touch with the hidden, shadowy parts of myself that have been running the show. The parts that complain, shame, ridicule and gossip. Now, through shifting my perspective, I am beginning to truly tap into my passions and create the experiences I desire.
Sae, your super power is your ability to consistently guide me into seeing the nugget of truth beneath the bullshit. Your focus on opening each person to their own personal source of energy, strength, and desire that lies underneath the complaints is your super power.
I hired you because I trust you. There have been years of consistant guidance in all matters of my life. You have always been focused on helping me expand into the most positive version of myself. I continually find new layers of negative patterning being lifted away to reveal a more joyful and grounded version of myself.
My biggest takeaway/lesson from our work together is that nuggets of truth are often accompanied by deep belly laughter and a giddy tingly feeling that is not easily described.
If someone is thinking of working with you, I’d tell them I cannot describe a person other than you who has been able to help me shift my focus after a life long habit of trauma based thinking. I’d tell them I’ve felt more expansion after working with you for 6 months than thirty plus years of searching via doctor led therapy sessions. I’d tell them Sea is awsome and GO FOR IT!
My favorite AHA moment so far is realizing the amount if energy I spend feeling shameful, angry, small, scared, is truly hidden power. I can shift this sad, draining energy to expose the desires behind my complaints. I have the power to create my own enjoyable life experiences. I’m the creator, not the victim. WOOHOO!”
“The journey has been really life changing. She has helped me to really better clarify and understand my own thought patterns and how they connect to my own feelings and emotions.”

“Sae’s superpower is that she is empathic to her core, but unlike many of us empaths she’s figured out how not to suffer from that deep feeling and she is teaching others how to do that as well. That is definitely a superpower because so many of us suffer and prioritize others needs over our own. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to experience empathy in a different way.
[My biggest takeaway is that] living in the past or future will steal all joy from your present…and trying to control things will just lead to more self-made pain and disappointment. My default is no longer trying to “white-knuckle” my way through EVERY situation and that makes life a lot easier. Being more present in the day-to-day of life is really where life can can be beautiful and fulfilling.”

What has been your favorite thing about our work?
“My work with Sae has been central to my healing journey and I know that I wouldn’t be as far along as I am without her help. I look forward to my time with her and always leave our conversations feeling stronger, and a deep sense of peace.”
For you, what has been the most valuable experience from our work together so far?
“Sae is a wonderful listener. I often haven’t felt heard when seeking help in my health journey. Sae not only listens deeply, but she validates my concerns and supports my hopes like no one else I’ve ever known. She has made me feel visible, when so many people made me feel invisible and that is such a gift.”
What types of wins/growth do you believe are a result of our working together?
“I have learned to appreciate and trust my own ability to know what is right for me…for my body and for my soul. I have known all along, but had learned to question that knowing. Sae has helped me learn to trust myself when I was getting push back from so many healthcare providers discounting my concerns and desires for what I wanted my health to look like. Her support has helped me push through, make my own health goals, and frankly, give the finger to doctors who discounted my ability to heal. I fired a few doctors along the way and it felt so good to feel empowered to do so AND improve my health in the ways I knew was possible.”
What is Sae’s superpower?
“I believe Sae is empathic to her core, but unlike many of us empaths she’s figured out how not to suffer from that deep feeling and she is teaching others how to do that as well. That is definitely a superpower because so many of us suffer and prioritize others needs over our own. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to experience empathy in a different way.”

If someone is thinking of working with Sae, what would you say to them?
“You won’t regret the decision. You deserve it. You will grow in ways you can’t even comprehend.”
What have been your favorite AHA moments from our work together?
“Honestly, the most healing AHA moment has been that I am deserving of the same love and care I give to everyone else and that I deserve the support to help get me to a place where I feel good. That support can start with me by asking for what I need and resting when I need.”
If someone is concerned about the financial or time investment of working with me, what would you say to them?
“It can be hard to invest in yourself when you’re used to denying your needs, especially if you are the caregiver taking care of everyone else. I’ve learned that not investing in yourself will not only make your life harder, but it will impact the people you love as well. A well-resourced person can better care for themselves and avoid passing their struggles onto others. They can break generational cycles of trauma and that’s invaluable.”

“[My favorite part of coaching] is being able to speak clearly without judgement. To feel heard. [I’m] definitely learning to better communicate and more clearly convey what is on my mind…To be able to really be honest with who I am and what I want and how I feel.”

What has been your favorite thing about our work?
“Being able to speak clearly without judgement. To feel heard…self realization through great follow up questions. Emotional release.”
For you, what has been most the most valuable experience of our work together so far?
“Hmmm… probably learning how to become truly honest with myself about my emotions, wants, desires, feelings. Feeling free. Being ok with challenging my own beliefs.”
What types of wins/growth do you believe are a result of our working together?
“Definitely learning to better communicate and more clearly convey what is on my mind. Learning my triggers. How to work through confrontation. To be able to really be honest with who I am and what I want and how I feel-Not just being amendable or overly capable.”
What is my super power?
“The ability to be present within myself while also having a 40,000ft view of myself.”
Why did you hire me?
“My story is probably different than others. Sae walked me through some of the hardest times of my life with respect to fertility problems etc… she was my sounding board, my friend, my comfort zone, my grounding force, my spiritual guide and my safe space for years. I can recall that being on her table during our acupuncture sessions it was one of the only times I ever felt I could be myself to be vulnerable. I often would talk my entire session even though I know I was supposed to be resting and meditating I just always had a desire to speak and have her feedback and guidance. She gave me strength in ways I don’t think she even knew. In many ways she was my therapist and life coach for several years without actually being my therapist or life coach! Then one day probably 3 years after we lost touch both having moved states etc… I couldn’t get her off my mind. I’d be on walks and I’d hear her name and I knew I was lost and that I needed that safe space. So I reached out and reconnected and it felt like destiny to find that she had worked during that time to actually become a life coach. It made so much sense to me it was like she was born for this role. Several weeks later we started our work again together.”
What is your biggest takeaway / lesson from our work together?
“Vulnerability is not weakness.”
If someone is thinking of working with me, what would you say to them?
“Lean in and don’t look back!”
What has been your favorite AHA! Moment, during our work together?
“When she told me to stop seeing myself as the little girl in the principles office. To step into my own power because I am powerful and I have a lot to say and it’s ok to say it.”
If someone is concerned about the financial or time investment of working with me, what would you say to them?
“It’s a shock when you hear of the financial investment that’s very true. In fact I almost walked away knowing how much I needed it bc of the shock of the upfront cost to be honest. However, I’m glad I did it as I’ve grown exponentially over the past months of our work together. I’ve really learned so much about myself… so many truths I’ve revealed and worked through that overall I am a better person, stronger emotionally and spiritually and my marriage and my family life is definitely being driven positively because of the work that I have done… it’s been an ideal domino effect for all as I come into my own.”

I never regret investing in myself so if you can make it work, try to make it happen!”

It’s now so easy for me to just check in with my gut and move in a thoughtful direction. I don’t necessa ignore others’ guidance but I consider the larger picture and listen to myself first and foremost so I feel good about the direction I’m headed.”
What is Sae’s super power?
“I would say your superpower is your ability to be real. You are a seeker of truth and that can take on a road map of its own. At the same time, I think you can also relax and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. It’s amazing modeling for me!”
If someone is thinking of working with me, what would you say to them?
“Trust Sae as your guide. She knows what she’s doing!”
What has been your favorite AHA! Moment, during our work together?

“Sae’s superpower is her ability to synthesize a lot of information (needs, concerns, worries, medicinal knowledge, family of origin history, etc.) in real time in such a way that allowed me to begin hearing the voice in my head become a voice out loud.”
Anonymous
What has been your favorite thing about our work?
“My favorite thing is how in sync I felt working with Sae, how seamlessly we could transition between topics…from motherhood to art to neurological disorders to small business/leadership concerns to Chinese medicine…I felt I could express myself, be heard and be available for what she had to offer.”
For you, what has been most the most valuable experience of our work together so far?
“The most valuable experience was Sae’s availability around some of the issues I was working with that involved me (health and a body injury I was battling.) She was able to resource other local providers who helped fill in areas I needed assistance with. Also Sae’s ability to address issues with my family, specifically my kids and emerging ADHD issues.“
What types of wins/growth do you believe are a result of our working together?
“Because I felt heard and valued as an individual, I feel better able to hear and listen to my own inner voice which has been screaming for years to be heard.”
What is my super power?
“Sae’s superpower is her ability to synthesize a lot of information (needs, concerns, worries, medicinal knowledge, family of origin history, etc.) in real time in such a way that allowed me to begin hearing the voice in my head become a voice out loud.”
Why did you hire me?
“Having considered various other coaching opportunities in the past (and being somewhat suspicious of the profession) I trusted Sae based on what I knew and experienced of her as a person long before this coaching experience (a friend of a friend, as an acupuncturist, another mom who ‘gets it.’)“
What is your biggest takeaway / lesson from our work together?
“My biggest takeaway is that I have what I need within me and Sae helped me see that.“
If someone is thinking of working with me, what would you say to them?
“I would say if you think it is a good idea to work with Sae then you should do it before she is all booked up!“
What has been your favorite AHA! Moment, during our work together?
“So many, but probably seeing the visualization keeping the yang fire burning in such a way that fuel is being used wisely; that along with the parallel of how the kiln works and how wood is efficiently (the parallels to my work as a ceramic artist).“
If someone is concerned about the financial or time investment of working with me, what would you say to them?
“Consider that 2K a month with Sae is talk therapy + business strategics + health care + interpersonal relationship reflection + parenting support + personal consulting + leadership training + much much more, all rolled into one.“
Is there anything else you would like to add?
“I am grateful for the perfect timing for this experience and for the chance to put my learnings into an action plan for myself. The other payoff was how I sensed my own growth positively affected relationships in my household as well.“

“I am better at listening to myself now. Taking the step of prioritizing myself and reaching out to get coaching made me realize there’s a valuable basket of goods inside of and around me that I need to take care of. I listen to my gut reaction more now. If I feel something physically I used to just brush it off and move on and conform to society’s norms. Now I am way more likely to go “wait, stop, what is this all about?” And sometimes that may take days to ponder over, but it ends up being very worth it because the truer I live to my intuition the better everything goes.”

What has been your favorite thing about our work?
“One of my favorite things about the work was the trust I felt in you and your process which allowed me to open up about everything and not hold back. Being able to trust you as a coach and trust myself to let go helped me feel like I’m not the only one in this crazy world struggling.“
For you, what has been most the most valuable experience of our work together so far?
“The most valuable experience in our work together so far happened right in the beginning, when I learned that I could stop living in fear and worry constantly. The concept that no evidence in my life showed anything ever changed because of worrying over it was very powerful. I had been living in fear for so long, and learning how not to live in fear has really changed my life. The fear would paralyze me and now I’ve learned to just look at the actual things going on. Knowing that there are zillions of possibilities and the worst case ones I fixated on weren’t more likely to happen than all the good possibilities released a lot of tension. Learning to look for evidence of the truth of this concept was so valuable. I try to pass it onto my kids now too.“
What types of wins/growth do you believe are a result of our working together?
“I am better at listening to myself now. Taking the step of prioritizing myself and reaching out to get coaching made me realize there’s a valuable basket of goods inside of and around me that I need to take care of. I listen to my gut reaction more now. If I feel something physically I used to just brush it off and move on and conform to society’s norms. Now I am way more likely to go “wait, stop, what is this all about?” And sometimes that may take days to ponder over, but it ends up being very worth it because the truer I live to my intuition the better everything goes.”
What superpowers did you discover?
“My superpower is my calmness and my kindness. Also my ability to listen to my intuition and not conform to the norms!”
Why did you hire Sae?
“I hired you, because as long as I’ve known you, I’ve always seen you as a very healing person and somebody who looks like they have all their shit together. I thought maybe I could learn your secret. I also felt that I could trust you deeply since you also listen to your own drummer and not conform to the norms. I also feel you care deeply about me and my loved ones.”
What is your biggest takeaway / lesson from our work together?
“My biggest take away lesson from our work together is that everybody has their doubts and nobody has their shit together. But I can have a voice inside my head that is talking to me rationally and coaching me instead of the voice in my head that’s doubting everything. Also I get to take the time to listen for and listen to that voice instead of barreling ahead with a solution immediately. Pausing and slowing down is incredibly liberating.“
If someone is thinking of working with me, what would you say to them?
“I would say to go for it. It is well worth the money. I can’t imagine finding anyone who would care more deeply for me as a coach.“
What has been your favorite AHA! Moment, during our work together?
“Finding out that I actually had superpowers! I thought I was just a shy introvert that didn’t fit in with a lot of societal norms!“
Is there anything else you would like for people to know?
“I now know to trust your gut. Listen to your gut. If there’s a part of your body that immediately reacts physically to anything just stop what you’re doing and see what that might be all about. It might be something within you that you can change how you think about it or it might be something that you need to look at with what you’re being asked to do or told to do or trying to do. Trust yourself and your instincts.“
